Mawmaw

My grandmother (my Mom's mom) passed away yesterday morning.
She was 99 1/2.

She lived in Alabama, Mississippi, and Michigan during her lifetime.
She was a great seamstress and played the piano.
She had a hateful feisty Pekingese named Snuffy when I was younger.
Snuffy did not like us grandkids.
But Mawmaw sure did.

In recent years she read her Bible from cover to cover a number of times.
She has had a hard last year, but when she was awake she knew every visitor and was so happy to see her family.
She had two daughters, two granddaughters, two grandsons, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granchild.

We'll miss her!

I am so sorry, Bonnie. I know how sad you must be today. I am so close to my grandmother. Grandmothers are always our very biggest fans!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

(((hugs))),

I have been away so a little late reading this one, but my thoughts are with you. A lovely tribute to your Grandma and I also have enjoyed today the musical talents of your boys.
